Providers/ Scott Braley, M.D., FACS

Scott Braley, MD, FACS, is a board-certified general surgeon at Sierra Pacific Surgical, serving patients in Roseville, Folsom, and Carmichael, California.

Dr. Braley earned his medical degree from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in Lubbock. With experience as a medical director and lead general surgeon, Dr. Braley is proud to teach the next generation of medical staff as a professor.

Dr. Braley has held a variety of administrative appointments throughout his medical career, including but not limited to the Chair of the Department of Surgery (2014 – 2017) at Sutter Roseville Medical Center and the President of Access Surgery, Inc. (2013 – 2017). Notably, Dr. Braley has been awarded among Sacramento's top doctors in Sacramento Magazine (2016). He brings this unmatched experience to his patients at Sierra Pacific Surgical. 

Dr. Braley is proud to hold several accreditations and licenses, including a certification in Advanced Trauma Life Support and being named a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. Dr. Braley specializes in robotic surgery, laparoscopic surgery, acute care surgery, and specialized DaVinci Robotic Surgery.
